All information we hold about you will have been provided directly by you either at a wedding fair or wedding showcase or by generating an online enquiry via our on line brochure or by you emailing us directly.
What type of information is collected from you?
We would normally ask you to provide your name, contact details / email address and if you are representing an organisation or business the name and postal address.
In addition to the above we would normally ask for the venue & date of your wedding or event.
How is your information used?
We do not use your information for marketing purposes as all our work is normally sourced through word of mouth / personal recommendation.
We do not operate a mailing / marketing list.
Who has access to your information?
Please be assured we will not sell personal information to third parties nor will we share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We will only pass on any details you provide in connection with your enquiry or if legally required to do so.

There are occasions when it may be necessary to share your contact details with venues and other wedding / event suppliers to ensure your enquiry is handled efficiently and ensure you receive the best possible service.

We use anti-malware software on our computers to ensure any information we store about you is protected. Our portable laptops / smart phones are also password protected.
